We have established partnerships with veterinarians who work closely with our breeders to ensure all our puppies are in excellent health. Our veterinarians diligently maintain the puppies’ optimal condition until their travel date. Each puppy is vaccinated and dewormed prior to travel.

Veterinary Examination Protocol

Our veterinarians conduct thorough examinations to identify:

– Possible genetic defects
– Virus-caused illnesses such as Parvovirus, Coronavirus, and Canine Distemper Virus, with specific tests performed for these viruses
– Other potential illnesses or defects

Each puppy undergoes a comprehensive examination by our veterinarians. If any issue is identified before travel, we will promptly inform you, refund all charges, and cancel the booked flight.

Thanks to our skilled medical team, our puppies rarely encounter health issues. This is because our puppies are not sourced from filthy environments like puppy mills or inbreeding situations. We strictly do not support puppy mills. Our puppies come from reputable breeders who provide a clean, loving, and happy environment. Each puppy is gently handled by our nannies, well cared for, and loved until they meet their new pet parent.
